Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage IT and business projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, communication plans, quality plans, and deliverable definitions.
  • Coordinate project activities across IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
  • Track project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables.
  • Prepare project status reports, presentations, and management updates.
  • Identify and facilitate resolution of project risks, issues, and deficiencies.
  • Ensure projects comply with applicable IT policies, standards, methodologies, and guidelines.
  • Maintain project documentation and project tracking/collaboration tools such as MS Project and SharePoint.
  • Support project portfolio management, prioritization, reporting, and governance activities.
  • Coordinate project closeout activities and conduct lessons-learned sessions.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong project management, communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of IT-related project management experience.
  • PMP certification or experience with a recognized IT project management methodology.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as MS Project and SharePoint.
  • Experience managing government, enterprise, or regulated IT projects is a plus.
