Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JobCubby. By creating an account or using JobCubby, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use JobCubby.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since we use it for passwordless sign-in. Please provide accurate information and tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use JobCubby for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse our systems or APIs; or
• upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is harmful or unlawful.

Good-faith security research is welcome. If you report a vulnerability to security@jobcubby.com, give us a reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it, and do not access or modify other users' data, degrade the service for others, or extract more data than is needed to demonstrate the issue, we will not pursue action against you under this section. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add — your applications, notes, profile, and résumés. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate and provide the service to you, including sending it to our AI provider when you request AI output.

AI-generated content

JobCubby's AI tools produce drafts to assist you. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and is not professional, legal, or career advice. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything you choose to use. AI features may be subject to plan limits.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are sold by Creem, our merchant of record and the seller of record for your purchase, which handles payment and invoicing. Prices shown on JobCubby are in USD and exclude VAT or sales tax, which Creem adds at checkout based on your location. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the paid period. Fees are charged in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable — see our Refund Policy. Creem's own terms also apply to your purchases.

Third-party services and developer access

JobCubby integrates with third parties such as Google (sign-in, plus the optional Google Calendar and Gmail integrations — see the Privacy Policy for how we handle Google user data), Apple (Sign in with Apple), Creem (payments) and Anthropic (AI, reached directly or through a routing relay). The full list is in the Privacy Policy. You may also connect third-party AI clients through our developer/MCP integration. You are responsible for the apps you authorise and the access you grant them.

Intellectual property

JobCubby — including its software, design, and branding — belongs to us. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy the service.

Disclaimers

JobCubby is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobCubby will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using JobCubby and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or where necessary to protect the service. Some provisions — such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you within the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JobCubby is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
