As Senior Technical Project Manager, you will have a significant impact on how projects are delivered across the organization and play an important role in strengthening project management maturity within Autocom. You will lead complex software development projects from initiation through delivery, creating structure, driving accountability, managing risks and ensuring successful project execution. Acting as the bridge between engineering, business stakeholders, customers and management, you will help teams deliver value while enabling effective collaboration across the organization.
We belive you bring 🔹 Proven experience leading complex software development projects from initiation through delivery. 🔹 Experience managing multiple stakeholders, technical dependencies and delivery constraints in complex development environments. 🔹 Proven experience in project planning, delivery management, risk management and project reporting. 🔹 Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams across engineering disciplines and business functions. 🔹 Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern engineering practices. 🔹 Experience driving project governance, continuous improvement initiatives or PMO-related activities.
Meritorious
🔹 Experience from the automotive industry. 🔹 Experience working with embedded software development. 🔹 Experience working with cloud-based solutions, connectivity or distributed architectures. 🔹 Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum.
As a person, you are proactive, structured and results-oriented. You take ownership of project outcomes, create momentum and act before challenges escalate. You have strong problem-solving skills and an ability to navigate complex environments with multiple dependencies and competing priorities. Just as importantly, you excel at bridging business and technology, building trust across teams and creating alignment among diverse stakeholders.
