Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support agency IT projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, timelines, and budgets.
  • Prepare project status reports, presentations, and planning documents.
  • Support PMO project portfolio management and reporting.
  • Use tools such as MS Project and SharePoint for project tracking and collaboration.
  • Ensure projects follow organizational IT policies, standards, and methodologies.
  • Support project closeout and lessons-learned activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • 4+ years of IT-related project management experience preferred.
  • PMP certification or traditional IT project management methodology certification required.
  • Experience with project planning, reporting, risk/issue management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience with MS Project and SharePoint is preferred.
