  • Work on end-to-end Data Science initiatives, partnering closely with Product Managers, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, ML Ops, and domain experts to translate product questions into hypotheses and practical improvements.
  • Design, analyse, and interpret A/B tests to measure the impact of recommendation changes. Define success metrics and guardrails, assess statistical uncertainty, and turn results into clear recommendations for the product team.

  • You have strong Python and SQL skills and write clear, structured code that others can work with. You are familiar with Git and practices such as testing and reproducible development.

  • You have practical expertise in A/B testing and experimental design, including metric selection, statistical power, and interpreting results.
  • You have a solid understanding of recommendation systems and relevant machine learning approaches, such as collaborative filtering, ranking models, or embeddings.
  • You enjoy working iteratively in a cross-functional product team, translating business goals into workable solutions, delivering improvements in manageable steps, and refining models based on experiment results and production performance.
