Projektmanagement & Kundenverantwortung

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Kundenprojekte von Auftragseingang bis Projektabschluss
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für den Kunden auf Projekt- und Managementebene
  • Sicherstellung der vertraglichen Umsetzung (Scope, Termine, Kosten, Qualität)
  • Aktives Stakeholder‑Management in internationalen Projektumfeldern

Planung, Steuerung und Reporting

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Meilensteinen und Budgets
  • Steuerung von Terminen, Ressourcen und Kosten inkl. Forecasts
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung von Projektrisiken und Chancen
  • Regelmässiges Projekt‑Reporting an Kunde und internes Management

Koordination interner und externer Partner

  • Führung des interdisziplinären Projektteams
  • Koordination von internen und externen Lieferanten und Partnern weltweit

Change-, Claim- und Eskalationsmanagement

  • Aktives Claim- und Nachtragsmanagement
  • Professioneller Umgang mit Abweichungen, Eskalationen und Konflikten

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Talente

  • Technische Ausbildung (FH/ETH) mit einer betriebswirtschaftlichen Weiterbildung vorzugsweise mit Projektmanagementzertifizierung (z.B. IPMA, PMI)
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung davon mindestens:

5 Jahre als Projektleiter grösserer Internationaler Projekte und 3 Jahre Service- oder Baustellen-Erfahrung

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertrags-, Kosten- und Risko-Management
  • Organisationstalent mit hoher Kundenorientierung
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und sicheres Auftreten auf Managementebene
  • Bereitschaft zu Auslandreisen (ca. 30%)
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
