MANTECH seeks a motivated career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Product Manager to drive the strategy, adoption, and delivery of our internal ServiceNow ITSM platform in Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid position.

This role combines product ownership with personnel and operational team leadership, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical execution.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Defining and executing the product vision, roadmap, and enhancement strategy for the internal enterprise ServiceNow ITSM instance.
  • Leading, mentoring, and directing a team of ServiceNow developers, system administrators, and business analysts.
  • Managing the end-to-end Agile software development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, user story creation, and release management.
  • Partnering with internal business units to capture requirements, optimize ITSM workflows (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset), and drive platform adoption.
  • Establishing platform governance, performance metrics, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Maintaining system baselines and configuration management items to align with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Recommending, and when approved, implementing process and policy improvements across the ServiceNow platform.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Product Management, ITSM leadership, or Enterprise Systems Management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or leading technical teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Deep functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and core ITSM modules.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience working across a large team to drive technical agenda and managing complex, intertwined systems and data flows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe POPM, or PMP certification.
  • ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex information technology documentation.
  • Self-starter with excellent people skills to work across teams and drive change throughout an organization.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The projected compensation range for this position is $167,500.00-$301,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
