Salesforce Consultant – Technical / Functional (French & English)

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting and implementation experience.

• Professional fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

• Proven client-facing consulting experience, including requirements gathering, workshops, and stakeholder management.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data models, configuration, and best practices.

• Experience delivering Salesforce implementation, customization, or optimization projects.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

• Willingness to travel internationally, primarily to the UK, Ireland, and Nordic countries, for up to 8 days per month.

• Availability to start at the beginning of 2027.

For Technical Consultants:

• Minimum 3 Salesforce certifications, including at least one technical certification.

• Strong Salesforce development and customization experience.

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flow.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, middleware, or external systems.

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices using tools such as Copado, Gearset, DevOps Center, and Git.

For Functional Consultants:

• Minimum 2 Salesforce certifications.

• Strong Salesforce functional expertise, including platform capabilities, data models, and best practices.

• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and business process design skills.

• Experience facilitating workshops and working directly with senior business stakeholders.

• Experience delivering functional solutions across multiple Salesforce products.

Project Description:

The consultant will join international Salesforce implementation and digital transformation projects, supporting clients in designing, implementing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions.

The projects involve close collaboration with international business and technical stakeholders and may cover multiple Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Depending on specialization, the role can have a stronger technical focus, covering development, integrations, automation, and DevOps, or a functional focus, covering business analysis, process design, requirements management, solution configuration, and stakeholder engagement.

The assignment is expected to start at the beginning of 2027. The cooperation duration is TBA and may involve occasional international travel of up to 8 days per month.

Scope of Services:

• Participate in end-to-end Salesforce implementation, customization, migration, and optimization initiatives.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and solution design discussions with international clients.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and other delivery team members.

• Design and implement solutions across Salesforce Clouds based on project requirements.

• Configure and optimize Salesforce functionality, processes, automation, and data models.

• For technical assignments, develop Salesforce customizations, implement integrations, build advanced Flows, and contribute to DevOps and CI/CD processes.

• For functional assignments, gather and document requirements, map business processes, prepare functional designs, and configure Salesforce solutions.

• Support testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.

• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and agreed architectural standards.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional delivery.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in French and English.
