Job Description

Experience

  • 5+ years in IT roles (software development, infrastructure, DevOps)
  • 2+ years with DevOps tooling: Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure DevOps, Nexus, Artifactory, NPM, Datadog etc.
  • 3+ years using Git/SVN, Azure DevOps
  • Experience leading DevOps efforts in continuous delivery environments
  • Familiar with load balancing for scalability and high availability
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification is a plus
  • Agile/SCRUM team experience preferred

Knowledge

  • Proficient in Azure cloud services and tenant management
  • Programming: C#, .NET, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, YAML, JSON
  • Azure Bicep and ARM Templates
  • Scalability tools: Service Fabric, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes
  • Databases and servers: Apache, IIS, Memcached, MySQL, SQL Server, DB2, MongoDB, Cassandra
  • Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash, Ruby, Groovy
  • Test-driven development (TDD) and source control strategies
  • Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, SNMP, firewalls, load balancers
