Full Visibility is seeking a Cybersecurity Task Lead with a TS/SCI clearance to work onsite in Linthicum Heights, MD.

The Cybersecurity Task Lead provides senior leadership and oversight for enterprise IT governance, cybersecurity, workforce planning, strategic planning, budgeting, investment management, information security, privacy, and digital accessibility activities.

The position serves as a senior point of contact for leadership and is responsible for coordinating contractor personnel and technical activities while ensuring that IT and cybersecurity efforts support organizational mission priorities.

The Task Lead must combine CIO-level management experience with cybersecurity leadership and the ability to coordinate complex activities across multiple technical teams.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide management and oversight

of contractor personnel and assigned CIO-related activities.

  • Support implementation and

maintenance of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CMMC, as applicable.

  • Oversee cybersecurity risk

assessments and vulnerability testing activities.

  • Coordinate internal and external

cybersecurity audits and support validation of security controls.

  • Coordinate activities among

multiple project and technical teams.

  • Manage cross-team dependencies and

identify resource conflicts.

  • Support crisis response during

significant cybersecurity incidents, including coordination of detection, containment, recovery, and executive communication.

  • Oversee security considerations

associated with third-party vendors and technology acquisitions.

  • Promote a security-first

organizational culture through cybersecurity awareness, education, and training.

  • Support enterprise IT strategic

planning and governance.

  • Support IT workforce planning and

development.

  • Support annual and multi-year IT

planning, programming, and budgeting activities.

  • Support IT investment management,

portfolio analysis, and assessment of technology resource utilization.

  • Support enterprise information

security and privacy governance.

  • Promote digital equity and

accessibility of information and communications technologies.

  • Provide senior-level status, risk,

and decision support to Government and contractor leadership.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience

in IT leadership and accountability.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience

in IT strategic planning.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience

assessing IT workforce requirements and developing workforce strategies or plans.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience

supporting IT budgeting, including annual or multi-year planning, programming, or budgeting activities.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience

in IT investment management, including evaluating and assessing the management and utilization of IT resources.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience

in information security and privacy, including establishing, implementing, managing, or assessing enterprise information security programs.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience

supporting digital equity or accessibility of information and communications technologies.

  • Demonstrated experience

coordinating complex activities across multiple technical or project teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to

communicate with senior Government and contractor leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating in a CIO,

Deputy CIO, CISO, or comparable enterprise technology leadership organization.

  • Experience with federal IT

governance, cybersecurity, risk management, and technology investment processes.

  • Experience with NIST cybersecurity

frameworks, CMMC, or ISO 27001.

  • Experience managing cybersecurity

incidents or enterprise-level cyber risk.

  • Experience supporting classified

IT environments.

TARGET SALARY RANGE: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
