- A cover letter introducing yourself, telling us why you want to work with Bastion CX and what you enjoy most about leading digital delivery.
- An up-to-date CV outlining your relevant experience.
- Include at least two references we can contact—direct managers or leads from your recent roles. We won’t call them until things get serious between us… promise.
We want you to know what to expect. If you meet most of what we're looking for but not all of it, we'd still like to hear from you.
- Apply through Workable. You'll be asked for your CV and a cover letter, and to answer a few questions.
- A short phone call. If your application stands out, we'll give you a call to find out a bit more about you.
- A conversation about your skills and experience. An interview with the leads for your practice.
- A conversation about values and how you like to work. An interview with our people and culture leads.
- A practical exercise and follow-up conversation. It's based on the kind of work you'd do with us, so it should feel familiar. We'll share more details if you reach this step.
- Meet the team in our office: a chance to chat with the wider team and see where you'd be working day to day.
- References and offer for our preferred candidate.
Not everyone goes through every stage. We only move you to the next step if we think you're the right fit and we're serious about getting to know you better, so we don't take up your time unnecessarily.
