Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to collaborate with cross-functional business partners, including Commercial Insights, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data teams, external vendors, service owners, and IS partners. This role will develop advanced analytical models and actionable insights to address key business challenges across the PR Operations organization

- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
- Detailed technical proficiency with strong logical, problem solving, and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated leadership skills, initiative and self-motivation.

- Ability to communicate analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner.
- Great teammate with strong negotiation skills to work with multidisciplinary teams that relies on collaboration for effective decision-making
- High quality and compliance mind set to work in a highly regulated GMP industry.
- Computer literacy (Windows environment: Word, Excel, Power Point, Minitab)
Qualifications
- Degree in Data Science, Business, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Required experience varies by education level: Doctorate; Master’s + 2 years; Bachelor’s + 4 years; Associate + 8 years; or High School/GED + 10 years of relevant experience.
- Work experience in programming, coding, system design and architecture, algorithms and data structures
- Experience with statistical software, coding languages (e.g. R, MATLAB, SAS, Python) and database languages (e.g. SQL)
- Experience articulating business questions and using programming techniques to establish business solutions
- Able to develop solutions to routine technical problems
- Demonstrated skills in selecting the right tools given a problem
- Bilingual (English ans Spanish)
