Full description

We are seeking a multi-faceted, execution-focused Senior Financial Analyst to drive critical financial analysis, global forecasting, and strategic planning within our fast-paced Operations group. As a key partner to senior management, you will dive into the details to deliver accurate budgets, evaluate target acquisitions, and track core performance metrics while proactively adapting to shifting business initiatives in a rapidly growing environment.

ABOUT THIS TEAM

The Financial Planning & Analysis team manages end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting across core product lines, new business initiatives, and global markets. Working cross-functionally, this team delivers actionable insights and performance tracking to empower leadership, guide key strategic decisions, and drive measurable results for the organization worldwide.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Craft, build and manage annual, quarterly and monthly budgets and forecasting models
  • Prepare reporting and analysis to help understand key drivers and variances; maintain and publish dashboards and other KPIs
  • Perform cost analysis; investigate period-over-period fluctuation and variation from forecasts
  • Support design and development of financial models and metrics to measure performance, highlight key issues for senior management and predict future activity
  • Assess/analyze deviations from key metric targets and provide insight to business and finance leaders
  • Develop new and existing materials and metrics for senior management presentations, discussions and reviews
  • Develop presentations that effectively communicate an analysis and facilitates decision-making for senior management
  • Identify opportunities for automation of modeling and other process improvements

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance
  • Extensive experience building complex financial models, conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis, and performing scenario analysis
  • Proven ability to present analyses to senior executives and act as an effective business partner across all departments
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to translate numerical data into clear business insights
  • Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills to create practical solutions for evolving forecasting needs
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate matrix environments, manage shifting priorities, and consistently meet tight deadlines
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to seamlessly collaborate during core PST business hours

WHAT’S GOOD TO HAVE

  • Advanced degree (MBA or MS) in Finance, Business, or a quantitative field

Individual pay is based on location, transferable skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This estimated range is based on the best available market data and factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for a bonus and medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays, all subject to applicable plan terms.

$110,000—$130,000 USD
