Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis with strong requirements elicitation and process modeling skills. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, SQL, and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Visio is required.

Full description

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.

Create BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams.

Support testing, UAT, defect validation, and solution implementation.

Identify process gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.

Manage requirements and backlog using Azure DevOps or Jira.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, demos, and status discussions.

Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to documentation standards.

Required Skills:

5+ years of Business Analyst experience.

Strong requirements elicitation and business process modeling skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, Azure DevOps/Jira.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Agile/Scrum experience with user stories and acceptance criteria.

Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
