The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional with 0-1 year of experience. They must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Full description

Gather, analyze, and document business and customer requirements.

Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and expectations.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, workflows, and functional documentation.

Coordinate with Product, Technical, and other internal teams to support project delivery.

Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications.

Track project progress, follow up on pending tasks, and support timely delivery.

Assist in requirement validation, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), wherever required.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

Support the resolution of business-related queries and issues.
