Overview

We are looking for a Community Manager with at least three years of relevant experience to lead the end-to-end rollout of a Business Analyst and Product Manager training programme for approximately 600 personnel and other community activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the training strategy and rollout plan, including participant segmentation,
  • agency prioritisation, cohort sizing and scheduling. (Training outline and material will be provided)
  • Coordinate trainers, curriculum, course materials and session readiness.
  • Manage venues, equipment, system access, catering and other logistical requirements.
  • Oversee registration, cohort allocation, attendance tracking and participant follow-ups.
  • Manage participant communications, reminders, feedback and stakeholder updates.
  • Build and sustain an active BA/PM learning community through post-training engagement, networking and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Track participation, feedback and learning outcomes, and recommend improvements for future cohorts.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive end-to-end participant experience.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in community management, training operations, programme coordination or a related role.
  • Strong planning, stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing large-scale training programmes or professional communities is preferred.
  • Able to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders while maintaining strong attention to detail
