Position Title: Product Designer

Job Timings: 8am- 5pm CST, Central Time (US)

Location: Lahore

About Cloudelligent

Cloudelligent is an AWS Premier Consulting Partner helping organizations modernize, migrate, and innovate in the cloud. We work at the intersection of cloud, data, and AI to solve real business problems and not just implement technology. With an international footprint, Cloudelligent is customer-obsessed and focuses on Generative AI and Agentic AI to deliver practical, scalable solutions.

Job Objective

We're hiring a Product Designer to shape user experiences across our internal tools, client-facing dashboards, and cloud-native platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move fluidly between structured UX thinking and polished visual execution, turning complex, data-heavy business workflows into interfaces that are clear, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to use. You'll partner closely with engineering, product, and client stakeholders, and you'll have real ownership over how our products look, feel, and function.

This role is best suited to someone who wants ownership, not just execution, you'll help define problems, not just solve ones handed to you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business and user needs into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
  • Design intuitive, efficient interfaces for data-intensive B2B workflows, dashboards, admin panels, permissions-aware views, and cloud-platform tooling.
  • Own and evolve a scalable design system (components, patterns, tokens) that keeps our products visually and behaviorally consistent.
  • Run lightweight user research, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing to validate design decisions and know when a quick test is enough vs. when it isn't.
  • Present design rationale clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and clients, including pushing back on requests that compromise usability.
  • Work directly with developers through implementation to protect design intent without blocking delivery.
  • Build accessibility and responsive behavior into every design by default, not as a late pass.
  • Iterate based on analytics, feedback, and support/usage signals post-launch.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product/UI/UX design experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B platforms.
  • A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership, not just polished screens, but the problem framing and decisions behind them.
  • Advanced Figma skills: components, variants, auto-layout, shared libraries at team/org scale (Adobe XD/Sketch a plus, not required).
  • Strong grounding in interaction design principles, UX heuristics, and responsive design systems.
  • Proven experience designing structured component-driven interfaces for dashboards, admin tools, or internal platforms, this is core to the role, not a nice-to-have.
  • Comfort balancing user needs against technical constraints, timelines, and business priorities. You can defend a decision with more than "it looks better".
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including with non-design audiences and clients
  • Experience working in Agile teams alongside PMs and engineers

Good to have

  • Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem or cloud-native application workflows (console patterns, IAM/permission-driven UI, infra-adjacent tooling).
  • Basic front-end fluency (HTML/CSS enough to have informed handoff conversations).
  • AWS Certifications.
  • Claude certifications — Associate, Developer, or Architect (Foundations).
