What You’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include
- Own and maintain the Data & Reporting Analytics backlog, ensuring effective prioritisation, resource allocation and delivery sequencing.
- Assess, challenge and shape new requirements, ensuring requests are aligned to strategic objectives, and appropriate team capacity exists before commitment.
- Support workload planning and capacity management for FHB analytics teams, balancing incoming demand against team capability and strategic priorities.
- Establish and maintain a structured governance and reporting cadence with key business stakeholders, providing transparency of progress, priorities, dependencies and risks.
- Define, document, agree and maintain detailed project plans, aligning to high level roadmaps and supporting the implementation of projects.
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include
- Experience working in a commercial or fashion environment, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable, data-driven insights and decision-making.
- Previous experience of delivering projects with technical dependencies and working with technical leads.
- Proven experience of creating / agreeing good quality, well-crafted E2E plans and management of delivery roadmaps across the lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across multiple functions, and the technical understanding needed to translate requirements, overcome blockers and keep delivery moving at pace.
- Proven experience of working within and being comfortable driving transformation in a fluid environment.
