Our Manager, Salesforce sits at the intersection of business, technology, and operations. You will act as the platform owner, defining the roadmap, translating business priorities into scalable solutions, and leading a team to deliver high-impact enhancements that improve the end-to-end lending experience for both employees and members.

What you’ll do

  • Own and evolve the strategy, roadmap, and performance of Affinity’s Salesforce platform, aligning capabilities to business priorities and regulatory expectations
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives, from requirements and design through testing, release, and adoption
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate lending workflows into scalable, high-value solutions
  • Drive user adoption and continuous improvement, enhancing the employee and member experience
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence
  • Ensure strong governance, risk management, and operational stability, including platform performance, data quality, and vendor alignment
