Senior Java Full Stack Developer | 8+ Years
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java 8/17/21, applying strong knowledge of OOP concepts, Collections, Streams, Exception Handling, JVM concepts, and modern Java features.
- Develop advanced Java solutions using design patterns, multithreading, functional programming, and reactive programming, with emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and application performance.
- Design and develop backend services using Spring Boot, including Dependency Injection, REST APIs, Spring Security with JWT, JPA/Hibernate, transaction management, Actuator, configuration management, input validation, global exception handling, and Spring Boot annotations.
- Develop and integrate services using RestTemplate and WebClient, following appropriate API integration, authentication, authorization, versioning, and error-handling practices.
- Design and implement microservices-based architectures, including service decomposition, API design, resiliency patterns, circuit breakers, distributed transaction handling, scalability, and observability.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs using established API standards, OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, authentication and authorization mechanisms, API versioning, and contract-first design principles.
- Develop responsive and scalable front-end applications using modern UI frameworks, leveraging components, services, RxJS, state management, routing, API integration, and UI performance optimization.
- Design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, IAM, ECS, Auto Scaling, CloudWatch, and networking concepts.
- Apply cloud-native and AWS-native architectural principles, including serverless architecture, event-driven design, high availability, scalability, security best practices, and cost optimization.
- Develop event-driven and asynchronous applications using Apache Kafka, including producer/consumer implementation, topic design, consumer groups, event streaming, error handling, and performance tuning.
- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy/manage workloads using Kubernetes, covering deployments, services, ingress, scaling, image optimization, and production troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps to support automated builds, testing, deployment, and release management.
- Develop and maintain automated UI testing solutions using Playwright and LambdaTest, supporting regression testing, test execution, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot for code generation, unit-test generation, code quality improvements, and developer productivity.
- Participate in solution design and application architecture, ensuring technical solutions align with scalability, security, performance, maintainability, and business requirements.
- Perform application troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, performance optimization, and resolution of complex technical and production issues.
- Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices, coding standards, reusable components, automated testing, and maintainable application design.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, product teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate requirements into technical solutions, communicate technical risks and dependencies, and support timely delivery.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, ownership, stakeholder communication, collaboration, and Agile delivery skills while managing technical deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development team members and contribute to architectural decisions, design reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience Requirement
8+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, modern UI development, AWS cloud services, Kafka, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, automated testing, and enterprise application design and architecture.
