You will partner closely with senior business, product, and technology leaders and serve as a trusted advisor on platform strategy, investment, innovation, and execution.
This role combines Salesforce platform leadership, enterprise architecture, global delivery, governance, and technology strategy and is ideal for a leader who can connect technical decisions to measurable business outcomes.
Work You'll Do
- Define and lead the Salesforce platform strategy, architecture, and multi-year technology roadmap, aligning investments and capabilities with business and technology priorities.
- Provide technical and delivery leadership across Salesforce solutions, integrations, and related enterprise platforms.
- Lead global delivery teams through solution architecture, engineering, implementation, release, operations, and continuous improvement.
- Establish architecture principles, engineering standards, and technical decision-making practices that enable scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable solutions.
- Partner with business sponsors, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business priorities into platform capabilities and delivery plans.
- Lead demand management, prioritization, and roadmap decisions across the Salesforce portfolio.
- Provide leadership for major Salesforce implementations, enhancements, modernization efforts, and platform lifecycle initiatives.
- Guide integration strategy across Salesforce and enterprise applications, including APIs, middleware, data platforms, and cloud services.
- Champion Agile delivery, DevOps, and CI/CD practices to improve delivery speed, platform quality, reliability, and performance.
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities, including Agentforce and AI-enabled solutions, and identify opportunities to apply them responsibly to business needs.
- Define and track KPIs that measure platform performance, delivery outcomes, investment value, and value realization.
- Lead technology budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, vendor management, and strategic technology partnerships.
- Identify and manage technical, operational, financial, and delivery risks and ensure appropriate governance and mitigation plans are maintained.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders while fostering collaboration across global teams.
- Coach and develop technology leaders and promote a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
