We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our Discover team. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end design for complex B2B2C eCommerce products, embrace AI-native workflows, and shape user experiences that help drive product strategy.

As part of our Discover Product team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our discovery experience by creating intuitive, thoughtful, data-informed, and customer-centric designs that integrate AI behaviors, leverage AI-native workflows, and deliver real value.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end product design for complex B2B2C experiences in the Discover domain, from problem definition through execution.

• Work as part of a true product trio with a PM and Tech Lead, shaping product strategy, priorities, and solutions together.

• Design AI behaviors and leverage AI-native processes to build scalable, intelligent user experiences.

• Prototype rapidly in code with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor or similar) to test ideas in days.

• Apply strong user empathy, design thinking, and data-informed insights to solve complex problems.

• Turn complex data into views marketers can act on and share with their leadership.

• Make clear, reversible decisions fast, document the reasoning, and drive them through to execution.

What you'll bring

Design craft & AI-native process: Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, UX/UI excellence, and experience designing AI behaviors or using AI-native workflows and Git-based developer integration to prototype and iterate quickly.

Experience: 5+ years of experience designing digital products in fast-paced B2B2C or B2B SaaS environments. Experience in eCommerce is highly preferred.

Collaboration: Proven track record partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.

Mindset: Proactive, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity. Able to step into a maternity leave coverage role and quickly gain momentum while taking full ownership of project streams.

Communication: Astute communicator and storyteller who can clearly articulate design decisions and the strategic thinking behind AI-driven experiences.

Tools: Expert in Figma, Git workflows, and comfortable working with modern AI-assisted design, research, and prototyping tools.
