Company Overview:
At TechX, we are pioneers in delivering cutting-edge solutions that empower businesses to thrive in today’s digital landscape. With a strong focus on Cloud Transformation (AWS), Data Modernization, and Generative AI, we bring unparalleled expertise to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth for our clients.
We specialize in banking and financial services, retail, manufacturing, and transportation, delivering impactful solutions that address industry-specific challenges and significant market shifts.
Together, we’ll build a future where innovation knows no limits.
Job Overview:
Translate banking customer needs into clear business requirements for Xora, TechX's AI platform. Work with Senior Banking Consultants and customer stakeholders to understand workflows, rules and system interactions, then produce requirements that Product, Architecture and Delivery teams can use to design, implement and validate POCs and pilots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed requirements sessions with banking business users, Operations, IT and Data teams; involve all relevant roles rather than relying on a single customer contact.
- Map current and proposed workflows, user roles, business rules, handoffs, pain points, exceptions and controls, with sufficient context for technical teams.
- Capture system interactions, data requirements, access constraints, dependencies and relevant non-functional requirements; record assumptions and unresolved questions explicitly.
- Produce and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for POCs and pilots, supported by process flows, use cases, functional requirements and acceptance criteria as needed.
- Work with the consultant to define scope boundaries, required data, business success criteria and validation scenarios; distinguish the immediate POC or pilot from future needs.
- Validate requirements with customer stakeholders and internal teams; maintain traceability, document decisions and assess the impact of changes with the relevant owners.
- Support implementation clarifications, customer testing and business validation; feed workflow insights and requirement gaps back to Product as the platform evolves.
Key Requirements:
- Proven business analysis experience on banking processes or systems, gained within a bank or through direct work on banking customer projects.
- Practical understanding of banking workflows, information systems and controls, with the ability to ask detailed domain questions and validate answers with subject-matter experts.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear BRDs, process maps, business rules and acceptance criteria that technical teams can use.
- Ability to analyse data flows, system interactions and dependencies, and capture customer data policies and access constraints with the appropriate specialists.
- Strong stakeholder facilitation, analytical thinking and attention to detail; ownership of clarifications, requirement changes and follow-through.
- Clear communication in Vietnamese and working English for requirements, technical materials and collaboration.
Additional experience we value
Experience with banking software implementation, product analysis or workflow design; POCs, pilots and UAT; and familiarity with APIs, integrations, cloud, data or AI-enabled solutions.
What success looks like
POC and pilot BRDs describe the right customer problem, workflows, scope and acceptance criteria. Requirements are validated, open decisions are visible, and technical teams can proceed with fewer avoidable gaps and misunderstandings.
What We Offer:
- Innovative Environment: A dynamic and collaborative work environment where innovation is encouraged.
- Professional Growth: Opportunities for professional growth and development through continuous learning and exposure to cutting-edge technologies.
- Competitive Package: Competitive salary and benefits package
- Impactful Work: The chance to work on cutting-edge projects with industry-leading clients, making a tangible impact on their business success.
