Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of PHP-based applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Monitor and improve application performance, security, and scalability.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in PHP development and team management.
  • Strong understanding of web application frameworks, particularly MVC.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
