About the role
Own the strategy, roadmap, discovery, and delivery for the Advisor Experience product area, validating outcomes rather than focusing only on shipping. Work with accountants and internal teams to identify workflow inefficiencies, improve accounting-office profitability, establish product metrics, and use AI to reduce manual work.
What they look for
Requirements
The role calls for an independent, evidence-driven product manager with experience owning a product area through full product cycles, strong commercial judgment, and a focus on professional workflows. Accounting-domain expertise is an asset but not required; experience in regulated software and international remote settings is a plus, and fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Benefits
Full description
We are looking for...
Easor is a financial management platform that connects entrepreneurs and accounting firms. Over 15,000 businesses across Finland, Sweden, Spain, and Italy run their invoicing, payments, and accounting on our software. We listed on Nasdaq Helsinki in March 2026.
We are 145 people, 80 of whom work in product development in Finland and Spain. We are investing heavily in product practices, craft, and team structure to match the ambitions of an independent product company. This role is part of that effort.
The Role
You will be the Senior Product Manager for Advisor Experience, the team that serves the accounting professionals who run their client work on Easor. Together with the squad whose goal is to maximize the value delivered to business owners, your team is on the mission to make accounting effortless for everyone, so business can focus on what really matters.
Our mission is simple to say and hard to do maximise profit for accounting offices. Every hour an accountant spends on manual work is margin lost. Your job is to find that lost margin and win it back, through workflows that remove work, automate it, or make it billable.
You work in a stream-aligned product team with a designer and engineers, based in Spain. You report to the Director of Product.
What You'll Do
- Shape the product strategy and roadmap for Advisor Experience together with your team and Easor's product leadership.
- Manage discovery and delivery for mid-to-long-term goals independently, where done means validated, not shipped.
- Collaborate with accountants and accounting office owners to identify where their time and margin leak, and determine what makes their business more profitable.
- Establish product KPIs, value drivers and tracking for advisor solutions, instrument them, and steer decision-making based on these metrics.
- Redesign ways of working around AI, and shape how AI takes manual work off accountants' desks.
What We Are Looking For
- Independent operator. You have owned a product area through full cycles. You decide what to build next and prove it was the right call.
- Evidence-driven. You end product arguments with data or a test, not with opinion. You are comfortable building measurement where none exists.
- Commercially sharp. You think in your customer's P&L. You can tell which feature makes an accounting office money and which one just looks nice.
- Workflow obsessed. You love watching professionals work and finding the steps that shouldn't exist.
- Strong collaborator. This role lives on the seams between your team, other domain teams, and real accounting offices. You bring them together.
- Deep in the domain, or fast to get there. Accounting workflows, our competitors, what makes a firm profitable. Domain expertise is an asset, not a prerequisite.
Experience in an international, multi-office and remote setting is a plus. Experience in financial, accounting, or another regulated software domain is a plus.
English and Spanish fluency required.
Practicalities
- The gross annual salary is 45000-60000 €/year depending on experience and country specific employee benefits.
- Flexible working setup with weekly visits to our office
- Modern office in Coruña and Barcelona
- Applications reviewed on a rolling basis
