Job Description

Position: Project Manager - Yardi ERP

Location: Piscataway, NJ (Onsite - 5 days/week)

Type: Long-Term Contract 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a company-wide Yardi ERP implementation for our client, along with additional enterprise IT and organizational initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Yardi Implementation: Own the master project plan, schedule, risk/issue log, and budget from go-live through stabilization using milestone/Gantt-based methodologies.
  • Manage Stakeholders & Vendors: Coordinate between internal business units (Property Management, Accounting, Legal) and external implementation partners (Yardi/third-party vendors).
  • Drive Strategic IT Initiatives: Expand your impact across future enterprise projects including M365, identity & security, and document management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of structured, milestone-driven project management experience (PMP certification is a strong plus).
  • Proven track record managing complex enterprise software/ERP implementations with multiple external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Real estate or property management industry background and prior Yardi exposure are strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite in Piscataway, NJ, 5 days a week for the duration of the contract.
