Full description

Own and Drive end to end Order to Cash for all product lines in IMC

Responsibilities

Drive Topline Planning and Reporting

  • Revenue Planning for all product lines (Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly Planning) including detailed customer wise planning
  • Close coordination with all the factories (India and Overseas) for the material planning 
  • Manage projects and the services revenue
  • Manage the Risks and Opportunities with each Line of Business 
  • Lead select MOS: MOR, Weekly Revenue Updates, Inventory Updates 

Manage Working Capital 

  • Close control and management of Inventory 
  • Rigorous AR Control
  • Credit Limits and customer advances review and control 

Cost Control

  • Various cost control on the projects 
  • Monitor the over runs 
  • Drive cost optimization to drive Margin Expansion 

Operations Excellence 

  • End to End Order Management: Ensure Timely Ordering and High Customer Service Level
  • Drive MOS for Revenue planning, coordination with the ISC for material planning, RAIL for addressing all open issues pertaining to delays, material discrepancies, quality, warranty, returns, AR and Bad Debts
  • Drive Operations excellence programs to streamline operations: Institution and Automation of the processes and ensure adherence to the processes.

Customer Relationship Management 

  • Single point of contact for the Post Order Management (internal – ISC, Sales and external – (Customers, 3rd Party Vendors, Inspectors) stakeholders)
  • Drive MOS with the customers for high customer satisfaction 

People Management

  • Directly lead the team of operations managers for each business 
  • Identify the development needs of the people; Coach and Mentor for upskilling and enhancing the capabilities
  • Develop strong MRR for the high impact roles in the organization 

Qualifications

  • Have a central view and management of the operations, revenue, inventory, AR across all LOBs 
  • Enhance the customer experience and service levels as a key differentiator against the competition 
  • Ensure timely execution of the actions and timely resolution of the issues 
  • Develop the role as a strong MRR for the IMC India GM Role
