As a Salesforce Functional Associate you will support client engagements within our Advisory practice, contributing to Salesforce consulting work that helps clients improve operational efficiency through implementation, configuration, training, and user support. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to project tasks, adapting to varied client needs, and developing the technical skills and business awareness needed to deliver reliable work in a fast-paced environment. In this role at PwC, you will analyze client needs, assist with Salesforce solution delivery, gather information from multiple sources, and apply a learning mindset while building your professional brand in a role that offers exposure to a range of Salesforce applications and client scenarios.

Responsibilities

- Supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation and configuration activities across client projects - Gathering business requirements and translating them into functional Salesforce solutions - Assisting in system setup, testing, data validation, and issue resolution during project delivery - Preparing user guidance materials and supporting training for Salesforce end users - Analyzing client workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and sales effectiveness - Documenting functional specifications, configuration details, and project updates for team use - Collaborating across technology and consulting teams to support CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management needs - Applying Salesforce administration knowledge to maintain solution integrity and user adoption

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 1 to 3 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science,Management Information Systems - At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications - Demonstrating Salesforce Sales Cloud coursework or project experience - Applying requirements elicitation across client support activities - Analyzing business processes and documenting functional findings - Collaborating with varied teams in fast-paced settings
