Senior Product Manager

We’re growing fast, in both headcount and revenue, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to design, build and roll-out products that deliver Workable's vision and strategy.

As a Senior Product Manager you will:

• Understand user needs and gather feature requests to incorporate them into product roadmap
• Describe the user experience and product features
• Collect and analyse data to validate goal
• Collaborate with the development team
• Track the project progress
• Test and accept delivered product features according to user stories
• Coordinate the product release launch
• Translate user feedback and research results into recommendations to executive management
• Work with key external partnerships to augment the value of the product

• What you’ll bring
• 5+ years of experience in technical product management.
• A track record of managing products through the full lifecycle.
• A solid technical foundation, with an understanding of software development and web technologies, and the ability to work effectively with software development teams.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments and managing product integrations.
• Experience using AI tools.
• Strong presentation skills, including experience sharing recommendations with executive leadership.
• A BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Nice to have
• An MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in HR tech.
• Experience conducting direct customer discovery.
• Experience managing external partners.
