Job Description
Project Manager Operations play a central role in shaping and improving the way foodora’s Marketplace ecosystem runs. They lead initiatives that enhance vendor operations, strengthen our customer offering, and drive internal efficiencies. By independently managing projects that directly and indirectly impact key operational and commercial KPIs, Project Managers ensure both vendors and customers experience the best possible value on the platform.
Main tasks
As a Project Manager Operations, your areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
- Lead Development Projects: Own and deliver operational improvement projects, from API integrations, vendor performance initiatives to workflow optimizations.
- Pilot & Implement New Functionalities: Run tests of new tools and processes, ensuring smooth rollouts, adoption, and long-term success across teams.
- Leverage Insights for Innovation: Gather feedback from vendors and internal teams to identify gaps, propose product developments, and initiate enhancements to existing systems.
- Optimize Systems & Workflows: Act as a knowledge resource for Shops specific tools (e.g., Pelican, foodora portal), support issue resolution, and drive system improvements.
- Data-Driven Performance Improvements: Use data analysis and impact evaluations to design and implement initiatives that directly improve vendor operations and commercial results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Account Management, and other cross functional teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, with strong presentation skills tailored for both executive stakeholders and local cross-functional teams.
- Experience in:
- Stakeholder management and navigating complex business environments to create win-win-win outcomes for the business, customers, and partners.
- Structured project execution and quickly adapting to or navigating across various systems and tools.
- Google Workspace, with advanced skills in Google Sheets (experience with scripting/coding, e.g., Apps Script, is a plus).
