YOUR ROLE

• Ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and resilience of cloud-native platforms and customer-facing services.

• Drive automation, observability, and operational excellence across distributed systems.

• Implement and maintain end-to-end monitoring, logging, tracing, and reliability metrics.

• Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

• Proactively identify system bottlenecks, performance risks, and operational improvements.

• Partner with Development, Architecture, Security, and Data teams to embed reliability throughout the SDLC.

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering, production operations, and high-availability environments.

• Proven expertise in incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and on-call support.

• Hands-on experience with Linux, containerization, and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Solid knowledge of observability platforms, including OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Splunk.Senior-level experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and security tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible).

• Good understanding of networking, distributed systems, Agile delivery practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
