abra SAP Department is seeking for a Senior SAP CRM Project Manager & System Analyst.

We are looking for a skilled Senior CRM Project Manager & System Analyst to lead CRM projects and drive the end-to-end design and implementation of CRM solutions, from understanding business needs and defining requirements to development, implementation, and continuous improvement.

This role requires strong experience in CRM systems analysis and project management, excellent understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate business needs into effective technological solutions while working closely with business units and development teams.

A full-time, hybrid position, based in Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead CRM projects from initial business requirements through development, implementation, and successful adoption.
  • Analyze business processes, identify gaps and needs, and translate them into detailed functional requirements and Use Cases.
  • Work closely with development teams and business stakeholders throughout the development and implementation lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement of CRM processes and solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a CRM System Analyst – mandatory.
  • 8+ years of experience managing cross-organizational software projects, preferably CRM projects – mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field – mandatory.
  • Strong experience in writing functional specifications and working with development teams.
  • Deep understanding of Sales and Service processes.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry – an advantage.

Personality requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a system-level perspective and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-organizational processes.
