What you will do

  • Develop and maintain applications and software solutions using Python.
  • Design, develop and integrate APIs and backend services.
  • Work with databases, SQL and data-driven applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable and efficient code following software engineering best practices.
  • Apply design patterns, clean code principles and appropriate development methodologies.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps and other technical teams in an Agile environment.
  • Contribute to code quality, performance, scalability and continuous improvement.
  • Work with CI/CD and DevOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and continuously improve existing applications and solutions.
  • Contribute to technical decisions and the evolution of software architecture.

What you need to bring

  • Professional experience as a Python Developer / Software Engineer.
  • Solid experience with Python and backend development.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience developing APIs and backend services.
  • Good understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns and best practices.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies.
  • Experience working with Linux environments is a plus.
  • Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask or FastAPI is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, microservices or containerization is a plus.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Good communication skills in English.
