Senior Graphic Designer - Zamalek, Cairo

Talent 360 is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team.

About the Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Talent 360, you will be responsible for leading the creative execution of visual assets across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and design excellence in every deliverable. The ideal candidate should have experience in brand identity, typography, and layout design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to mentor junior designers, manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and translate marketing objectives into compelling visual storytelling.

Job Purpose  The senior graphic designer is responsible for creating effective solutions and imagery concepts through designs to elevate communication, inspire audiences and enhance paradigm’s brand. 

• Study design briefs, determine requirements and advise them with regard to the design direction – being style, format, print production, and timescales.
• Prepare rough drafts of visual composition, based on design research, analysis, concept values and targeted message.
• Ideate, develop and design visuals [graphical elements and layouts] according to the conceptual direction – including branding design, editorial design, possibly as well illustration 
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that all graphics and content are consistent with our brand identity.
• Support team members to complete a design phase or/and a design task. 
• Work in parallel, on internal design requirements.
• An interest in Arabic inclusion within design, is a valued bonus.

Brand Identity:

• Conceptualize meaningful narrative and message, to be reflected visually.
• Design logos and brand identity requirements to create a coherent/harmonious look & feel
• Enthusiasm or interest towards spatial design, is a plus.
• Visual Identity Development:
• Develop the principles of visual systems for brands, incorporating logos, color schemes, typography, and brand applications: editorial, website, packaging etc…

Design tools and software:

Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) additional tools are a plus

Typography and Layout:

• Apply expertise in typography and layout to create aesthetically pleasing and readable designs. Arabic typography interest, is a plus.
• Optimize content placement, spacing, and hierarchy for maximum impact.

Schedules and deadlines:

• Plans with detailed timelines for each task, including deliverables and deadlines for each milestone of the project.
• Communicate effectively with the team to understand the project timeline, updates, and address any concerns regarding deadlines and calendars.
• Prioritize the assigned tasks according to the importance and urgency of each task and allocate their time accordingly.

Quality Control:

• Conduct quality checks on design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards and project requirements.
• Rectify any design-related issues or errors.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Applied Arts or any related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in designs.
• A diverse portfolio includes a collection of design samples.
• Ability to work alone or within a team and good leadership skills.
• Strong time management skills while ensuring high-quality work.

• Working hours: from Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Location: Zamalek - Cairo
