Job Description
We're looking for a Financial Analyst who's just as comfortable digging into data as they are influencing decisions. This is more than reporting and spreadsheets. You'll work alongside senior leaders, challenge assumptions, uncover opportunities, and help shape the commercial direction of the business.
You'll be joining a high-performing team that genuinely enjoys working together. We're collaborative, curious, and not afraid to challenge each other to get to a better outcome. The team partners broadly across the business, tackling a wide range of commercial and strategic questions, and has built a strong reputation for delivering insights that influence decision-making.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring
You're an analytical and commercially savvy finance professional who thrives on solving complex problems and uncovering insights that drive business performance. Confident working with data and stakeholders alike, you're naturally curious, proactive, and motivated by making a tangible impact on business outcomes.
- Experience in financial modelling, analysis, or commercial finance.
- Strong commercial judgement and critical thinking skills.
- Advanced Excel capability and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach, growth mindset, and continuous improvement focus.
