Full description

Would you like to be part of a team that is creating new ways for customers to discover and engage with Amazon? The Fuse team builds products that deliver Amazon subscriptions bundled with partner products, creating new entry points for customers who haven't yet experienced what Amazon has to offer. Our products also enable partners to distribute their services directly on Amazon, turning routine transactions into gateways for discovery, engagement, and long-term customer relationships.

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive planning, execution, and delivery of customer experiences across the Fuse product portfolio. In this role, you will partner with engineering, business development, account managers, design, and third-party partners to accelerate execution of member-facing experiences. You will own end-to-end product delivery across onboarding, engagement, experimentation, and partner integrations, translating strategy into shipped results. The team has performed well and is growing, making this a compelling time to join and shape what comes next.

Key job responsibilities - Own the execution strategy for member onboarding and benefit engagement experiences in partnership with Prime and Prime Video, including defining member segments, personalization signals, and build-or-buy decisions. - Lead early-stage experiments with internal Amazon partners, coordinating cross-functional delivery across engineering, design, business development, and operations, then synthesizing results into actionable recommendations for leadership. - Drive product and technical proliferation of integration frameworks across new and existing partner launches, ensuring scalability and clear documentation for low-friction adoption. - Produce quarterly business reviews, product retrospectives, and leadership review documents, using data-informed analysis to distinguish between output metrics like adoption and outcome metrics like retention and business impact. - Collaborate across engineering, design, finance, marketing, and legal to align priorities, make transparent trade-offs, and deliver customer experiences that balance growth with operational health.

A day in the life You start your morning reviewing onboarding and engagement metrics to spot trends that inform your next set of priorities. By mid-morning, you are in a design review with engineers, debating trade-offs on a partner integration prototype. After lunch, you draft a product brief for an upcoming experiment, then join a stakeholder alignment session where you build consensus across teams with competing priorities. You wrap up by reviewing customer feedback from a recent launch to validate assumptions and identify what to improve next.

About the team You will join a dynamic Product team within Amazon Fuse that supports each other's development and is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for both partners and customers. Fuse builds the products that connect partner ecosystems to Amazon, turning routine transactions into gateways for discovery and long-term engagement. We offer mentorship, autonomy, and opportunities to contribute to our collaborative culture while working on some of the most exciting challenges in partner distribution and AI-assisted design.

Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - 1+ years of end to end product delivery experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience with product cycles of 6+ months - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience as a product manager or owner - Experience owning technology products - Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS) - Can show strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
