About the Role:

Wythe Windows Inc is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team in Ramsey, NJ. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our windows and door manufacturing operations, overseeing projects from inception to completion while ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for windows and door manufacturing orders, from initial scope to final delivery
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and sales teams to ensure on-time and on-budget project completion
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestone tracking
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly
  • Monitor manufacturing workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and product configurations for accuracy and feasibility
  • Track project budgets, manage change orders, and ensure proper documentation throughout the project

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in windows, doors, or building products manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of fenestration products, manufacturing processes, or construction industry standards
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar tools)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and product specifications
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
