About this Role

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint and React Developer to design, develop, support, and enhance modern web applications and digital workplace solutions. This role is based in Pune, Bangalore, or Ahmedabad and offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale application development initiatives using SharePoint Online, React JS, Power Platform, and Microsoft technologies. The successful candidate will contribute across the application lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality solutions, and providing advanced production support while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise web applications using React JS, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft technologies.

• Build and maintain modern and classic SharePoint sites and custom solutions.

• Develop scalable and secure applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, REST APIs, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core Web API.

• Create and execute unit test cases and test scripts to ensure solution quality and reliability.

• Develop workflows, automations, and reporting solutions using Power Automate and Power BI.

• Administer SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, search, taxonomy, and governance-related activities.

• Work with SharePoint development frameworks and technologies, including PnP, JSOM, CSOM, PowerShell, and REST APIs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and technical colleagues to define requirements and deliver business-focused solutions.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide Level 3 production support.

• Apply Agile methodologies and web optimisation techniques to improve solution performance and user experience.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 6-8 years of overall professional experience, including a minimum of 6 years in web application development.

• Proven experience in React JS, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.

• Strong knowledge of SharePoint development technologies, including PnP, JSOM, CSOM, PowerShell, and REST APIs.

• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core Web API, and unit testing frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power BI.

• Familiarity with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

• Experience using development tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.

• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills.

• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and modern web development best practices.

• Relevant certifications in web application technologies are advantageous.
