What You’ll Do

  • Consult with clients to align and streamline business processes with Hansen CIS products.
  • Own business requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Plan and lead requirements sessions to understand customer objectives and business goals.
  • Deliver training sessions and hands-on workshops to build client proficiency in Hansen CIS.
  • Advise customers on software configuration changes needed to support their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
  • Identify and help resolve software issues, including documenting client requirements in functional specifications.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
  • Present effectively to project teams, executives, clients, and external audiences.
  • Mentor and provide professional guidance to junior analysts.
  • Apply familiarity with AI techniques that support automation, reuse, and document creation where beneficial.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent Business Analyst experience in a software development environment may also be considered.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a CIS Business Analyst.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to independently investigate client questions, issues, and root causes.
  • Self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality service to clients.
  • Consulting experience in client-facing environments.
  • Experience delivering training and presentations in remote and onsite settings.
  • Senior Business Analyst experience supporting CIS implementation projects.
  • Accountable for producing accurate, complete, high-quality deliverables with minimal direction.

You may also have;

  • Familiarity with Hansen CIS or Banner CIS systems.
  • Experience in a similar role working in utilities (water, gas and electricity) industry.
  • Strong background in training

  • Knowledgeable in AI enabled solutions
