Be the trusted advisor homeowners turn to when plumbing and sewer problems arise. At As You Wish, we're looking for a dynamic Plumbing and Sewer Sales Specialist who brings together technical knowledge and outside sales talent to guide customers toward solutions they can feel confident about.

What You'll Accomplish
- Deliver engaging outside sales consultations to homeowners, focusing on sewer and drain services
- Assess each situation, diagnose sewer and drain concerns, and confidently recommend repairs that truly fit the customer's needs and build homeowner's trust
- Translate technical findings, installation methods, and service options into clear, professional communication
- Leverage your expertise in general plumbing, camera operation, drain diagnostics, and industry tools
- Track plumbing repairs, sewer work, and re-pipe jobs daily to keep projects moving smoothly and on schedule
- Drive sales performance to exceed $300,000/month
- Address contract and performance questions with customers and supervisors, resolving concerns professionally
- Represent As You Wish with pride, uphold company standards, and operate company vehicles safely and responsibly
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- Sales Experience
A proven track record with a self-motivated, results-driven mindset
- Technical Knowledge
Strong grasp of sewer and drain systems, repair methods, and maintenance techniques
- Communication
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service abilities
- Problem-Solving
Ability to assess customer situations and present clear, professional solutions
- Technology
Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools
- Licensing
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Physical Requirements
This field-based position includes travel to customer homes, on-site consultations and assessments, and responsible operation of company vehicles. Key tasks include:
- Driving between customer locations safely and efficiently
- Accessing work areas to evaluate plumbing, sewer, and drain conditions
- Operating sewer camera equipment and diagnostic tools
- Reviewing camera imagery and inspecting system components
- Using CRM software and digital tools to manage customer and project information
