We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Principal Platform Product Manager to serve as a product leader and GRC domain strategy owner across our platform. In this high-impact individual contributor role, you will define and execute our holistic AI product strategy, driving the next generation of agentic systems, trustworthy automation, and eval-driven GRC workflows. You will focus on high-impact problem selection, grounding, and auditability to ensure our intelligent features deliver provable value and measurable time-bound outcomes within rigorous compliance guardrails.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• AI Product Vision & Strategy: Own the end-to-end strategy, architecture, roadmap, and execution for Hyperproof’s platform AI capabilities, intelligent agents, and automated workflows covering the full spectrum of the platform capabilities.

• Eval-Driven & Strategic Product Leadership: Partner directly with engineering and GRC subject matter experts to author detailed product requirements, establish trust and grounding frameworks, define rigorous eval-driven development benchmarks, and maintain strict auditability and AI safety guardrails.

• Agentic Workflows & Automation: Lead the innovation of customer-facing AI agents and backend service integrations that automate complex, everyday GRC tasks for enterprise customers.

• Cross-Functional Architecture Alignment: Collaborate with executive stakeholders, engineering, design, and GRC domain experts to define constraint spaces, evaluation frameworks, and model integration standards across the platform. Ensure continuous partnership and alignment with go-to-market teams and establish strong customer relationships that drive product innovation aligned with the most important customer use cases.

• Data-Driven & Experimental Validation: Build rapid functional prototypes, analyze product usage metrics, establish rigorous eval benchmarks, and leverage customer feedback to continuously validate and improve AI features in production.

• Thought Leadership & Market Advisory: Serve as Hyperproof’s subject matter expert on AI in governance, risk, and compliance at industry events, executive briefings, and customer advisory sessions.

• Hundreds of enterprise companies, including well-known Fortune 500 customers, rely daily on your AI agents and workflows to automate compliance with provable, verifiable outcomes.

• Customers post rave reviews on G2 highlighting the speed, accuracy, and reliability of Hyperproof’s AI features.

• You set the technical and strategic bar for AI product development across the company, elevating the capabilities of cross-functional team members.

• You successfully translate emerging AI/LLM technology advancements into defensible, high-value product opportunities that differentiate Hyperproof in the market.

• You drive measurable, time-bound business outcomes that increase platform efficiency and reduce manual compliance effort for enterprise customer teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 8+ years of product management experience scaling enterprise SaaS platforms, with 2+ years of direct experience shipping production-grade AI/LLM products, agentic systems,.

• Strong product leadership in AI application, with preferably deep understanding of GRC problem ownership, grounding, trust frameworks, auditability requirements, and eval-driven product development methodologies.

• Ability to act as a principal advisor, using professional concepts to resolve critical organizational issues and broad design challenges across engineering and product teams.

• Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of bridging technical depth (engineering specs, model evals) with executive strategy and enterprise customer alignment.

• Demonstrated experience establishing AI safety, governance, verifiable results, and precision guardrails in production software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

WHAT WILL BE A PLUS

• Hands-on technical background in software engineering, spec-driven development, or data science.

• Domain experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), cybersecurity, or highly regulated enterprise environments.

• Hands-on familiarity with agent measurement tools, Claude Code, or developer-centric AI tooling.

• We are a fully remote company! Rather than restrict ourselves to only finding talent in one city, we’d rather find the absolute best people regardless of where they live.

The full compensation package is based on candidate experience and certifications.
