Benefits
Full description
The International Private Bank is looking for a proactive and motivated Analyst to join its Digital Product Team, supporting our Latin America (LATAM) and Global Families Group (GFG) clients and advisors. Our digital, data and AI agenda for these segments is growing fast. It covers AI-enabled tools, digital platforms, analytics and client experience.
In this role, you'll help deliver that agenda, ensuring that our digital solutions are tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients and advisors within these segments. You'll write product requirements, test new features, report on adoption and support advisors day to day. You'll work closely with senior team members, global product teams and advisors, and learn how digital products are built and rolled out at a leading global private bank.
Key responsibilities
Product requirements & execution
- Help define and document product requirements for digital client and advisor products, with a focus on cross-border and multi-jurisdiction needs.
- Find gaps in the LatAm and Global Families Group experience across digital and AI-enabled advisor and client tools, and turn them into clear requirements for product teams.
- Take part in testing and pilots: run test cases, record issues and follow them through to resolution.
Engagement & adoption
- Help carry out adoption strategies that increase advisor and client use of digital and AI-enabled tools.
- Support go-to-market strategy for new product launches and features.
- Help find friction points across the user journey and share insights with product teams.
- Handle day-to-day digital support requests from advisors and client teams.
Data, reporting & analytics
- Leverage data relentlessly: Build and maintain a data-driven view of adoption performance. Define metrics, monitor usage trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
AI enablement
- Evaluate the AI tools used by advisors and client teams, including the knowledge base and features behind them. Identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Apply an AI-Product Mindset: Identify and champion opportunities to embed AI capabilities into products and adoption workflows, turning emerging AI technologies into practical, client-facing value.
Special projects & research
- Support new and emerging initiatives for LatAm and Global Families Group clients as the digital agenda grows.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within these segments.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Product Management, Computer Science or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, consulting, as a client advisor, banker, service team, or a related discipline, ideally within financial services or a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and comfort working with data, with a strong eye for detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics in plain language
- Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong interest in digital products, AI and client experience
Preferred
- Experience in the Private Bank, Wealth Management, or broader financial services sector
- Familiarity with Agile methods, requirements writing or user acceptance testing (e.g., JIRA)
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and hands on experience with generative AI tools
