Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Senior Data Scientist with at least 5 years of experience in designing, building, and deploying AI and Machine Learning applications.

As an expert in Machine learning, Generative AI, LLMs, MLOps, and AI solution design, you will play a pivotal role in designing,  architecting and delivering high-value AI projects for clients, while driving best practices across our technical community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Advisory: Engage with clients  and key stakeholders to identify AI transformation opportunities and understand business goals and requirements.
  • Architecture & Generative AI: Collaborate with client teams to architect, design, and deploy cutting-edge solutions powered by Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Modeling & Tech stack Selection: Evaluate, select, and fine-tune ML/DL/ LLM models tailored to specific business challenges using the adequate tools from AI ecosystems. 
  • Production & MLOps: Drive DevOps and MLOps best practices (CI/CD, containerization, orchestration) to automate deployment, monitoring, and performance tracking of production AI models.

Qualifications

Technical Expertise

  • Generative AI: Deep proficiency in Transformer architectures and foundation models  LLMs/SLMs diffusion models,
  • Information retrieval: grounding LLMs with the right Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
  • Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Advanced expertise in Python and core frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, Transformers;  etc.).
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Practical experience with cloud platforms (GCP or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Data Engineering: Solid capabilities in data collection, cleaning, feature engineering, and data pipeline design and deployment.
  • Computer Vision / TTS/ STT: Experience or knowledge in image recognition, object detection, VLMs, and transcription  models.

Soft Skills & Personal Attributes

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset capable of converting ambiguous business problems into structured technical solutions.
  • Mobility & Flexibility: Fully willing and available for business travel between Tunis and Riyadh (KSA).

Additional Information

Education & Experience

  • Master’s or Engineering  degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science , Machine Learning and AI, with a proven track record of deploying models and AI applications  to production.
  • Contract type: Permanent contract
