Role overview & Key Responsibilities:
We are hiring a full-time Product Analyst to own modules of our internal Order-to-Cash platform, end to
end, working directly with the Product Lead. The core of the role is building requirements: understanding the business process, identifying its gaps, and structuring it into a complete system module that accounts for every case, validation and dependency. You will also test what gets built and make sure the delivered solution matches what was defined.
Key responsibilities
1. Requirement building (core)
- Understand business workflows across Sales, Onboarding, Operations and Finance, and identify
process gaps and inefficiencies
- Structure each process into a system module with clear flows and flow charts
- Cover every scenario the module must handle (standard, exception and edge cases) before it
goes to development
- Define fields and data structures, validation rules, dependencies and conditions
- Own and maintain the functional specification for each assigned module
2. Testing and quality assurance
- Write and execute functional test cases for every release
- Run end-to-end workflow testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Log, prioritise and re-test bugs through the periodic bug-fix cycles
3. Development partner coordination
- Work with the external development team on assigned modules
- Track tasks, follow-ups and requirement clarifications
- Ensure the delivered solution matches the defined requirement
4. Data checks for owned modules
- Validate data for the modules you own, including post-go-live accuracy checks
- Work alongside the data management team where module data is involved
Requirements
What we're looking for:
Must-have
- 1–3 years in a product, business analyst or functional/QA role on software or ERP projects

- Experience working with development teams through build, testing and release
- Strong analytical and logical thinking; able to structure problems into clear workflows
- Basic understanding of APIs and system design: data flow, validations, logic layers
- Attention to detail and execution focus
- Clear communication across business and tech teams
Good-to-have
- Exposure to ERP tools, especially Zoho Books
- Familiarity with Order-to-Cash or billing processes
- Basic SQL
- Exposure to AI or automation use cases (document processing, workflow automation)

- HTML (basic UI understanding)
- AI tools for productivity and documentation
- Excel and basic analytics tools
