Responsibilities:

  • Technical and commercial coordination of customer orders for the Fast Lane DGS
  • Ongoing management and prioritization of the order backlog to ensure on-time order execution
  • Preparation of cost estimates, pricing calculations, and customer quotations
  • Planning, scheduling, and coordination of production orders and routing plans, including external subcontracting activities
  • Management of procurement and purchasing processes, including invoice verification and processing
  • Coordination of DGS-specific activities, such as test bench planning and customer visits
  • Processing and monitoring of inventory and goods movements within the ERP system

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed qualification as a Mechanical Engineering Technician (f/m/d), Master Craftsman (f/m/d), or an equivalent technical qualification
  • Strong technical understanding, particularly in interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing processes
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken; fluent German language skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Practical SAP experience, preferably in the PP, MM, WM, and CS modules
  • Understanding of production planning, control processes, and REFA methodologies
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of learning agility and a strong commitment to continuous professional and personal growth
