Medical Management Resources, Inc., a premier provider of medical billing services, has been servicing the healthcare industry for 40 years! We are seeking a full-time System Administrator to join our friendly, collaborative IT team. We are looking for a candidate with initiative and an interest in career growth!

Qualifications

At least 5 years of managing or administering enterprise application deployments, security policies, configuration baselines, and endpoint privilege management along with Root cause analysis, change management, and technical documentation experience.

  • Proficiency with security compliance standards including HIPAA and HITECH
  • Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Level 2/3 server and desktop support

  • Patch management
  • Management of AD, Azure and M365
  • General networking and VPN maintenance
  • Configuring and managing Group Policy Objects
  • Managing Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, Intune and SharePoint
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and diagrams.
  • Monitoring system performance, availability, and security across the network
  • Remaining updated on best practices and industry standards

Annual pay range of $65,000 - $70,000 is based on qualifications and experience.
