In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring data integrity, traceability, and compliance across systems while collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams worldwide. From managing product configurations and ERP data to driving process improvements and governance best practices, you'll help shape how our products move from development to manufacturing. Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely review, update, and approval of Build Instructions and product configuration records.
  • Enforce compliance with configuration management and document control procedures across all controlled documents and product data.
  • Recommend improvements to configuration management processes, document workflows, and product data governance practices.
  • Perform item and product setup in IFS based on Build Instructions and Product Lifecycle Management processes.
  • Maintain and update ERP product configuration data, including Item Master, BOMs, and related manufacturing records.
  • Manage and maintain controlled systems and applications, including, DCC Application, Product Data Management System (PDMS) and eBI App
  • Review Build Instruction documents to ensure compliance with naming conventions, configuration rules, and document control standards.
  • Support suppliers and internal users on product configuration and document-related queries.
  • Monitor and validate data integrity across systems through regular checks and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and archival of controlled records across systems and processes.
  • Contribute to defining and improving document flow and configuration management processes at company level.
  • Support refinement of document templates, product hierarchy structures, and configuration methodologies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to efficiency, data quality, and system/process optimization.
  • Support cross-functional projects related to product configuration governance and document control enhancements.
  • Perform other tasks related to improving document control and configuration management efficiency and quality.

Key Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Some experience in document control, product configuration, or master data management. Fresh graduates with strong academic background and demonstrated analytical or technical capability may also be considered.
  • Proficiency in document control and product data management systems and document control principles, configuration management practices, and product lifecycle processes.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably IFS, including item setup and configuration data maintenance.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
