Full description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Marketing Manager, GTM based in United States.

This role connects product strategy, customer insight, and go-to-market execution to drive measurable commercial and customer outcomes. You will help frontline teams win the right customers, improve adoption, strengthen retention, and clearly communicate product value. The position combines strategic product marketing with hands-on execution across positioning, enablement, competitive intelligence, customer programs, and GTM initiatives. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing to turn market signals and customer needs into practical action. Rather than focusing solely on launches, you will measure success through stronger win rates, healthier retention, better adoption, and improved frontline effectiveness. The role offers significant cross-functional exposure in a fast-moving, AI-forward environment where scalable systems and high-quality execution are highly valued. This is an opportunity to shape how innovative technology is positioned, sold, adopted, and continuously improved for a growing customer base.

Accountabilities

  • Develop clear positioning, messaging, proof points, battlecards, talk tracks, objection-handling resources, and customer stories that strengthen competitive differentiation and improve win rates.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to understand the factors that influence customer acquisition, onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion, translating those insights into actionable GTM programs.
  • Identify adoption barriers and churn risks, then transform relevant product capabilities into practical retention and expansion plays that help customer-facing teams drive measurable outcomes.
  • Build scalable enablement systems and repeatable workflows that keep frontline teams informed and effective as products, markets, and priorities evolve.
  • Bring win/loss insights, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and adoption signals into Product and Marketing planning to influence future priorities and investments.
  • Define the audiences, use cases, and customer behaviors that matter most for priority capabilities, then design focused GTM programs to encourage meaningful behavioral change.
  • Partner with Product from early discovery through rollout to clarify customer problems, sharpen value propositions, and strengthen the eventual commercial motion before development is complete.
  • Use launches, customer communications, in-product experiences, and other channels selectively, prioritizing activities that contribute to measurable customer or commercial outcomes.
  • Apply AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, analysis, and enablement while maintaining high standards for accuracy, strategic judgment, and customer empathy.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing leadership, Product and EPD teams, Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Customer Marketing, Growth Marketing, Community, and Brand/Events teams.
  • Evaluate GTM initiatives through measurable outcomes and continuously refine programs based on performance, customer feedback, and evolving market conditions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, sales enablement, customer marketing, or a closely related technology role.
  • Demonstrated track record of improving a commercial or customer outcome, such as win rate, product adoption, retention, expansion, or frontline team effectiveness.
  • Strong ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear positioning, compelling messaging, and practical resources that customer-facing teams can immediately use.
  • Excellent customer and market judgment, with the ability to connect objections, competitive dynamics, customer needs, churn signals, and adoption patterns to strategic business decisions.
  • Systems-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to create repeatable workflows and scalable processes that support fast-moving product organizations.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex value propositions compelling and frontline materials clear, concise, and actionable.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience partnering effectively with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize competing opportunities, and focus resources on initiatives with measurable customer or commercial impact.
  • AI-forward approach to work, with practical experience using AI to improve the speed and quality of research, content development, analysis, and enablement without compromising accuracy or judgment.
  • Strong ownership, initiative, adaptability, and comfort working in environments where priorities and product capabilities evolve rapidly.

Benefits

  • Estimated base salary of $155,000–$165,000 USD annually.
  • Generous pre-IPO equity package.
  • Comprehensive health coverage.
  • Fully remote, remote-first working environment.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • Additional employee perks and benefits.
  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of product marketing, AI, technology, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Significant cross-functional exposure across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and other commercial functions.
  • Opportunity to directly influence product adoption, competitive performance, customer retention, and business growth.
