  • Bring teams and markets together, coordinating projects across disciplines, regions and stakeholders while managing risks, dependencies and priorities.
  • Create effective programme governance, leading status reporting, leadership reviews and client-facing project discussions with clarity and purpose.
  • Support Samsung’s global network, helping HQ, regional and local teams stay connected through consistent communications, governance and ways of working.
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of new capabilities, including Publicis AI tools and platforms, coordinating market readiness, onboarding, training and ongoing engagement.
  • Improve how we work, developing practical processes, templates, playbooks and automation opportunities that make global delivery simpler and more consistent.
  • Help mobilise new opportunities and scopes, creating onboarding and governance frameworks and integrating new workstreams into the wider Samsung operating model

Qualifications

  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships and bring together colleagues, clients and partners across different teams and markets.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, including experience facilitating meetings, producing meaningful status updates and engaging a range of stakeholders.
  • An operational mindset, with an interest in making processes clearer, more efficient and easier for teams to adopt.
  • Experience supporting change, capability deployment or technology adoption, with an understanding of how to help people successfully embrace new tools and ways of working.
  • Curiosity and adaptability, with the ability to navigate evolving priorities, solve problems thoughtfully and contribute positively to a global, collaborative environment
