SRE – Java Application Support

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 7–12 Years

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong experience in Java Application Production Support / SRE
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Strong Unix/Linux experience
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools:• Grafana
  • Splunk
  • Kibana
  • Strong production incident management and troubleshooting skills
  • Good understanding of application monitoring, log analysis, RCA, and performance issues
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for Java applications.
  • Monitor application health, availability, and performance.
  • Analyze logs using Splunk/Kibana and monitor dashboards/metrics using Grafana.
  • Troubleshoot production issues using SQL and Unix/Linux.
  • Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and other support teams for issue resolution.
  • Participate in production deployments, releases, and post-deployment validation.
  • Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of incidents.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Salary: 15 - 23 INR Per annum
